Accidentally upgraded wrong account, want to get refund

Greetings. I had to upgrade plan on my organisation account to get private repositories but by accident upgraded plan on my own personal account. Money was charged from the card. I noticed mistake then tried to convert my personal account to organisation account, but it did not work. So I just downgraded plan on my personal account and upgraded plan on organisation. Can I request refund for my personal account upgrade somehow?

A great way to sort this out is to contact Docker Customer Service using the Customer Service Form. You can find that on https://success.docker.com/support . If you provide your details, including the Docker ID, the organization account, and similar, the team can work with you to resolve the issue.
