Account activation failed. Please close the browser window and try again later

Hello every one, I have just opened a docker account, After i activated it, I get the following massage “Account activation failed. Please close the browser window and try again later.”.
I logged in and out, changed my password, and closed the browser and re-opened it.
yet this massage keeps showing.
I cannot open repositories.
If anyone knows what i haven’t tried yet, Please let me know.

Since this is not something I can test and the site developers will probably not see this topic in time, If anyone still has this issue, please, open an issue on GitHub (I recommend this one)
