Automated build stuck from github push trigger

Hello guys, we have a paid plan and we have builds that are stuck and we cannot do anything about it has been stuck for more than 20 minutes.

We are trying to deploy an app to prod and we are stuck not being able to do it.

Our account is under the Organization Spantree (https://hub.docker.com/u/spantree/dashboard/)

Please send in a support ticket request through support@docker.com and the support team will assist you.

In the ticket, do provide information such as the name of repositories that are stuck in Automated Builds as well as the build IDs.
