AWS VPC Flow Logs, docker containers and all network traffic

Hi,

Is there a way to see the network traffic between containers (with their own ip address) and not just between EC2 instances (NATed ip address) in VPC Flow Logs ?

If I want to see all the traffic inside my swarm the best solution is install a flow collector inside every container listening to all network interfaces ?
