Azure Security rules for ports

(Nicolas Bihan) #1

Hey,

I am trying to get deployed EE Beta on Azure and while I am getting the UCP master installed, when I try to install a DTR I get errors about ports conflicts.
I folowed https://beta.docs.docker.com/ee/ucp/admin/install/system-requirements/#recommended-production-requirements

Using the Azure CLI, I create the security rules like this

az network nsg rule create --resource-group myResGroup --nsg-name iucNetworkSecurityGroupManager --name dockerUcpTcp --protocol tcp --direction Inbound --priority 101 --destination-port-range 179 443 2376 2377 6443 6444 7946 10250 12376 12378-12387

az network nsg rule create --resource-group myResGroup --nsg-name iucNetworkSecurityGroupManager --name dockerUcpUdp --protocol udp --direction Inbound --priority 102 --destination-port-range 4789 7946

What am I missing?

Also, is the host for the DTR host should I open the same ports as for a UCP host?

I think I was missing a brain!

was trying to install the DTR with the wrong ucp-node …
