Have you checked the log of the Docker service? Probably journalctl -xe -u docker What is the output of the following command on the manager? docker node list

Then is it really the IP address of the node? Can you run a simple python HTTP server for example on any port using that IP address? python3 -m http.server --bind 192.168.49.101 8080 If you can, try with port 2377 too. python3 -m http.server --bind 192.168.49.101 2377
