Please have a look at this knowledge base article for some things to look out for when you need to delete an organization: Hub/Cloud account deletion. That article isn’t 100% applicable/doesn’t have the same verbiage, but it does contain some useful guidance. And, once you’ve checked into those things, do please make your request via the Docker Account Support Form.
Regarding your second question, “is there an easy way to change the name of organizations?”, no, that is not a self-service thing. The best way is to make that request by the form I mentioned above.
