Trying to purchase free Oracle images through the store.
I can checkout/purchase Oracle WebLogic Server, but when I attempt to checkout/purchase Oracle Enterprise Database, I get the error “There was an issue updating your billing profile. Please try again or contact support.”
Anyone seen this or any ideas on how to fix?
