Cannot see bootlocal.sh

docker

(Zorkkz) #1

After playing a while with my docker on windows, I noticed that I want to save some datas to be persistent inside my host machine. Specially I want to mount automatically a shared windows whith the boot2docker.
To make a long story short, I want to copy the file from /opt/bootlocal.sh into /var/lib/boot2docker.
Here is what I got with ls -la (from /var/lib/boot2docker)

-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 1029 Nov 26 20:41 ca.pem
-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 494542 Nov 26 20:41 docker.log
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Nov 20 03:20 etc/
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Nov 20 03:20 log/
-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 243 Nov 26 20:41 profile
-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 1679 Nov 26 20:41 server-key.pem
-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 1115 Nov 26 20:41 server.pem
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Nov 20 03:20 ssh/
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Nov 20 03:21 tls/
-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 4096 Nov 20 03:20 userdata.tar

But then when i try: cp /opt/bootlocal.sh .
I have this: cp: overwrite ‘./bootlocal.sh’?

So several question pops up in my mind. Why I cannot see the boot2docker at /var/lib/boot2docker ?
The command ls -la supposes to show everything, in my case, I still cannot see it.
