I have downloaded docker so i’m able to use MICCA. I have been trying to work through the MICCA tutorials. One of the first steps in the tutorial is to download the data for analysis. To do this i have to write a command telling the data where to go in my PC. My command chain is this: //c/Users/else4/Documents/micca
When i run the command to download the data i can see on my computer terminal that it has downloaded. But when i go on to the micca file in my Documents the data is not there.
Is there anything clearly wrong with this command?
Users, else4 and Documents where all pre made files on my computer. I made the micca file (new file) specially for the data to live. Could this be part of the problem?
