CoreOS: Docker Inc. Policy

What is Docker Inc.'s official stance / attitude / policy towards CoreOS?

My understanding would be that Docker loves them, the whole concept of Docker is to drive adoption now. The more vendors / users, the better.

Calvin, To support the growth of the Docker community and content, our objectives are…

• To have as many platforms as possible support the Docker Engine;
• To have all “Dockerized” apps run consistently and unchanged across all of these platforms.

While Docker, Inc. does not have a formal partnership with CoreOS, what they’ve built is aligned with these objectives.
