You rpvided no context at all, except the OS you use and shared screenshots of texts which is harder to see and some people will not even try to read it.
So unless you can share something that indicates it is a Docker issue, I see an application issue and this forum is not the best place for asking about that. Even if it were, there is still nothing to work with. It is just an error message and a part of a source code which we have no idea what it does.
