Data directory "/var/lib/postgresql/data/pgdata" has wrong ownership

Unfortunately this is a problem with Docker for Windows, I’ve the same problem with MySQL, and Percona too.

Here is an issue on Github for MySQL confirms the same problem.

Now, I personally have the same problem with a big php project. Files are randomly not accessible.
