Do Docker services have an SLA?

Hello,

Is there any monthly uptime guarantee on Docker Cloud APIs and services? Specifically, I’m interested in Docker Hub registry and Docker Cloud. I can see that they both maintain steadily above 3 9’s of availability, but I can’t find any mention of a formal SLA for these services.

I am asking on behalf of a customer who needs to meet a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA, and is skeptical of using a platform that does not guarantee the same. I would like to recommend Docker Cloud to them because it’s so simple and awesome :smile:
