I have edited docker-ce.repo file and changed the baseurl value manually. nano /etc/yum.repos.d/docker-ce.repo baseurl=https://download.docker.com/linux/centos/7/x86_64/stable/ yum update

Repository has broken redirection, try: sed -i 's/$releasever/7/g' /etc/yum.repos.d/docker-ce.repo
