When you run Docker, Docker engine loading only loads for an infinite amount of time and then turns off automatically. I checked Hyper-V, checked the WSL and version, pressed get support in the bug icon, tried clean/purge data, tried resetting, tried rebooting the computer, erased it, and reinstalled it, but the problem did not solve at all.
