Docker inspect command can't output information for long time

Docker version: 19.03.5
containerd: 1.6.4
runc: 1.1.1

Nothing output of information with docker inspect command, And waitting for all the time.

I think support for the 19.03 series ended on January 8, 2021. 

Docker is currently at v27, maybe just upgrade.

I try upgrade it from v19 to v20
