Docker no longer working after latest Mojave update

Hi everyone! There seems to be no information on the issue.

After updating the latest Mojave 10.14.6 (18G87), docker is no longer working on my machine. It hangs indefinitely when starting up. Diagnose also hangs and is not helpful.

Anyone with similar issue and knows how to fix this?

Hi. Just updated to the latest - my docker-compose keeps working as usual.
