After installing Docker on Windows Server 2019 the system lost capability to enter Standby mode.
After disabling the Docker engine, Standby is available again.
That’s a pitty, cause I’m using the machine as server for testing - and beeing able to return to exactly that point you left the system the last time - is absolutely great.
