Doubt Regarding Running Containers in Docker Swarm And Connecting to RDS

Hello All,
I have a web-app. The Web-app need to connect to RDS MySQL database. Web-app is deployed in the in swarm cluster mode.
Can someone please help me as how can i connect the web-app containers to RDS MySQL database
