Error response from daemon: No such container: ucp-kv

(Mswetha2) #1

I am trying to follow the following document to load balance containers running on UCP nodes externally.

While trying to run the command :
docker exec -ti ucp-kv curl
–cacert /etc/docker/ssl/ca.pem
–cert /etc/docker/ssl/cert.pem
–key /etc/docker/ssl/key.pem
https://$UCP_FQDN:12379/v2/keys/interlock/v1/config -XPUT -d
value='listenAddr = “:8080” dockerURL = "tcp://$UCP_FQDN:2376"
tlsCaCert = "/certs/ca.pem"
tlsCert = "/certs/cert.pem"
tlsKey = “/certs/key.pem”

given in the document, i get an error stating :
Error response from daemon: No such container: ucp-kv

I tried to search for the docker image ucp-kv manually but could not find it.
How do i go forward with it?

Hi, this pdf is legacy, you should use this one https://github.com/ehazlett/interlock/tree/master/docs/examples/nginx-ucp

i have an interlock and its very useful…

You cat test it just running this compose file

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ehazlett/interlock/master/docs/examples/nginx-ucp/docker-compose.yml and don’t forget to appoint your /etc/hosts to the node you created your container…
