If you’re still having this issue, try this:
In my case, this error ocurred throught Virtualization, Windows Virtualization Platform and WSL were all enabled.
But the Docker still showing that I dont have the virtualization enabled.
I discover that vanguard (anti-cheat of some game like Valorant and League of Legends) uses a protection in kernel level and using virtualization. To solve this problem I do disable the autostart and restart the computer. After this (if you haven’t already) set docker to WLS mode
