Feedback for mail blast distributing version 1.11.1-beta13.1 (build:8193)

Expected behavior

The invitation mail for Docker beta includes a version string (such as '1.11.1-beta13.1, build 8193).

Actual behavior

Got a second invitation mail from Docker for the app. However, the version number was not provided so i could not tell if this was a new release or just the same thing.

I believe it is the same thing, because the about for Docker gives the same version string ('1.11.1-beta13.1 build 8193) as it did before, but of course the possibility remains that the announcements i received May 24 and June 3 really do refer to different versions, and one version was not removed.

Information

I think docker is awesome and this is a small nit! But if the email blasts included some version info, then it would be easier to judge whether it was a repeat or not.

  • the output of:
    • pinata diagnose -u on OSX
    • DockerDebugInfo.ps1 using Powershell on Windows
  • a reproducible case if this is a bug, Dockerfiles FTW
  • page URL if this is a docs issue or the name of a man page
  • host distribution and version ( OSX 10.10.x, OSX 10.11.x, Windows, etc )

Steps to reproduce the behavior
