Firewall is blocking file Sharing between Windows and the containers

This is an old topic that has been discussed. I looked at the solutions that other people have used. I have tried those solutions, but it is not working.
As part of the suggestions, there was a step to unintstall and resinstall File sharing service on Windows. Now microsoft does not allow to uninstall that service any more.
