Haproxy dead after restarting a container

i created haproxy containers, but after restarting the container i find that the service is stopped and here is it’s status:
haproxy dead, but /var/run/haproxy.pid exists.

while when configuring the haproxy on a VM not a container it still running after restart.

It would be nice if you can share the Dockerfile used to create this haproxy container.
