You can try using tools like Prometheus with exporters inside containers to monitor internal services directly—it’s worked well for my setups.
Hey, yeah sounds like there’s a stack of tools that can do what I want but I it was just a bit more work than I’d like to put in to setting up on a dev server haha.
LogForge is doing its job nicely so far and we’re soon going to add email alerts so that you really complete the whole “drop in” solution I was looking for
