Install Docker for Windows with "scoop" package manager

I would like to install Docker for Windows using the scoop package manager. Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to do this. I believe that scoop generally tries to install software packages as non-admin users, but Docker for Windows clearly requires administrative permissions, since access to Hyper-V is a dependency.

Could the Docker for Windows devs look into a way to providing a scoop-compatible mechanism (even if admin is required) to install Docker for Windows?

I prefer to use scoop to install all my software packages, so it’s easy to automate the setup of a fresh, new Windows 10 installation.
