our Installation of docker-ee-19.03.1-3.x86_64.rpm from SLES Stable Repo fails with an unresolvable dependency:
sudo zypper in ./docker-ee-19.03.0-3.x86_64.rpm

Problem: nothing provides libseccomp >= 2.3 needed by docker-ee-3:19.03.0-3.x86_64
Solution 1: do not install docker-ee-3:19.03.0-3.x86_64
Solution 2: break docker-ee-3:19.03.0-3.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
When searching for libseccomp it shows that libseccomp2 is already installed, but that doesn’t seem to satisfy the dependency, both in a 2.3.x version and in 2.4.1-70-1 and with additional installation of devel-packages. On https://software.opensuse.org/package/libseccomp only the source is available.
I don’t think building source packages is part of installing a stable release of Docker for a certified OS, so, what am i missing?
