Installing Software in an Xfce4 Container in Docker

I have a container running Xfce4 and access via noVNC and VNC.

I need to install software with graphical interface on it so that users already have it automatically when they pull the image.

The installation of this software comprises 5 steps:

  1. Next
  2. Next
  3. Select the first available option and Next
  4. Next
  5. Done

How could you automate this installation to insert into Dockerfile.

The software in question is geWorkbench (http://wiki.c2b2.columbia.edu/workbench/index.php/Home)
