Is Tweakbox is safe?

Hi,

My neighbour told me he used Tweakbox on his iPad to side-load Kodi. He used: https://tweak-boxapp.com/

Does anyone know if the site/app is safe? I want to put it on my iPhone, but I want to make sure my private info will be safe.
