Malware Blocked: “com.docker.vmnetd” was not opened because it contains malware

the short-term fix is to run this:

sudo cp /Applications/Docker.app//Contents/Library/LaunchServices/com.docker.vmnetd /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/

and then restart Docker Desktop.

We are investigating a signing certificate issue with Apple.
