Map outgoing TCP connections on host to Docker container

I am trying to do a bit of network forensics on a Centos machine running a collection of roughly 60 Docker containers. I have used TCPDump to capture the network traffic that is originating on the host, and I’m focused on outgoing connections from each container to a database server. Each connection has a source port, namely the one chosen by the Docker daemon to establish the outgoing connection.

What tools are available from the Docker engine that will allow me to ultimately trace of source port back to the originating container?
