Mongorestore not Working on Plesk panel

Hi,
I have implemented mongo using docker on my plesk panel.
Everything works fine,

But when i try to restore the data in the mongodb using “mongorestore command”
it says like:"Failed: error connecting to db server: no reachable servers"
