MySQL docker stop working when i get blocked by hostinger

I forgot to pay for hosting and when I paid the amount, docker mysql stopped working
exit

root# sudo docker ps -a

                           mysql

If you already paid, I suggest contacting the hostinger support. If they made your disk read-only only they can help.
