Need I remove old toolbox and docker before install docker for mac?

No, Docker for Mac will happily live alongside Docker Toolbox and you will even have the chance to migrate your Docker Toolbox images over to Docker for Mac.

That migration was never offered nor do I know how to trigger this manually.
