New to Docker, installed it but it refuses to stop starting and actually start

I am new to Docker, just did a first install on a fresh copy of windows 11 pro. After a few stumbling blocks of things it needs to run and update I had everything ready. Started up docker and it never moves past the startup screen. I have uninstalled reinstalled, verified all the bios settings are right all the windows installs are there that I know about.

any help on this would be great. Thank you!

So did you update Docker Desktop and got the error only after that?
Was the update successful, or you can’t tell, because Docker Desktop cannot start?

Is the Docker Desktop that cannot start or the Docker daemon? Common issue is that people see “Docker daemon is starting” or something like that after the Docker Desktop GUI appears.
