Nginx with local ip

i manage to get nginx running
5d2924f061f arm32v7/nginx “nginx -g 'daemon of…” 34 hours ago Up 34 hours 80/tcp, 0.0.0.0:5000->5000/tcp

but i am not able to access it with myip:5000

i can only access it with below ip

“IPAddress”: “172.17.0.4”

any help appretiated

Since your nginx.conf has an include for include /etc/nginx/conf.d/*.conf;.
I wanted to see if you actualy listen on 5000 for a defined server…

By default port 80 should be bound, shouldn’t it?

here is how i started container
docker run -d -it -p 5000:5000 arm32v7/nginx
