Plex Media Server how to connect smb shared folders

Not sure if the title really says it correctly. For my own reasons I have a linux mint 18 pc running my plex media server in a docker container. I have a win10 pc where I run software to record tv shows. I would like plex to have access to the shared folder “playon” from the win10 pc (winpc). What is the syntax to do this if it’s possible? Below is how I set up my docker container. The smb line is just one in a long list of syntax I’ve used to guess how to do it. I know it’s wrong but it’s included as a place holder and example. Maybe there’s a different or better way to do this so or just proper syntax. Hopefully someone can help me on this so i can learn and maybe help someone else later on.
