Publish an image based on a DHI (hardened image)

Hi, I manage a couple of images within my organization which are public in Docker Hub. Both are currently based on regular images and I want to migrate to DHI, but I’m unsure about conditions, can I just use a DHI and publish my custom image based on it, or is there any contractual requirement for my org or my users?

From what I know you can build your own DHI images and push them to your own registries in Docker Hub. Just make sure you are logged in when to dhi.io when you pull base images from dhi.io. Once you create your own hardend images, they will still be oci-images + additional attestestation information.

If you want your images to be added to the official dhi.io catalog, then you can fork the hardend images catalog project, add you hardend image definion.files and create a merge request: h
