# Reactivating Dockerhub ID

Hello,

I have recently claimed a Dockerhub ID, but assigned it to a user account rather than an organisation. In the process of seeing if I could fix this, I deactivated the account by mistake. I have emailed support but have not heard a reply after a few days. I had two questions:

1. Is it possible to reactive the ID.
2. If it can be reactivated, can it be reactivated as an organisation rather than a user account?
