I’m trying to host a vpn access server using docker, but while trying to do this i ran into a problem which a have made https://github.com/kylemanna/docker-openvpn/issues/489 a github issue about. While trying to find what could be causing this issue i have found that running ping url/ip always gets a response even from ip’s that shouldn’t be responding. The response time is also extremely low, and not realistic for my network setting.
I have done the same thing with the same response in an alpine container.

I get the exact same response when pinging a site such as google.
