Something happened with my docker installation. When I try to run

```
Unable to find image 'hello-world:latest' locally
docker.exe: Error response from daemon: Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/: net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers).
See 'docker.exe run --help'.
```

docker version gives me

```
Have you checked any firewalls, proxies or similar? The error message suggests your node is unable to reach or retrieve information from the hello-world image stored on the Docker Hub (i.e. [https://registry-1.docker.io/](https://registry-1.docker.io/))? If the local docker engine can’t retrieve the image manifest or image itself, it will timeout, the docker run command will fail to pull the image, and the run will fail.
