This kind of sucks. There is no mention of an outage on your Status page. Do you have oncallers? Do you do any sort of monitoring? For pete’s sake, I am pretty annoyed with your reliability.
There was a UI gradual role out that ran into a glitch and it was rolled back quickly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Is 2 hours of not being able to get to one’s production environment your idea of quickness? We will expect a nice refund this time.
