UCP 3.2.1 install fails on SLES12SP4 and 15SP1

Docker Enterprise issues experienced by paying customers are best submitted as customer support cases with Docker. I see from our records you’ve submitted a case using our Customer Support Form, too…I’ve ensured that our technical support team will see that issue.

We are not a paying customer. At this point we are only doing a trial, but are seeing a similar failure. If support provides any useful information we would appreciate you updating this post.
