UCP installation fail with "userns-remap": "default" setting

We use docker enterprise version and apply some security settings among which was:

“userns-remap”: “default”

Then we try to install ucp and it fails.
We can’t find out that is going wrong, because error message was -

FATA[0101] unable to verify host port connectivity: unable to verify required UCP ports: the following required ports are blocked on your host: 179, 1443, 2376, 6443, 6444, 10250, 12376, 12378 - 12386, 12388. Check your firewall settings

with messages:

before error.

We spent several days to configure firewalls, proxies and other network stuff.
And finally identified that was main problem. But when we remove userns-remap setting, node lose all images, networks, containers, swarm membership and if I try to create new swarm cluster it tells me:

Error response from daemon: This node is already part of a swarm. Use “docker swarm leave” to leave this swarm and join another one.

Also I tried to install ucp with option:

–userns=host

but got same error about closed ports and so on.

Hope that docker developers will fix this error.

P.S. sorry for my english.
