Using Containers to run R/Shiny workloads in Azure

I follow the link from https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/industry-blog/en-gb/technetuk/2019/10/03/using-containers-to-run-r-shiny-workloads-in-azure-part-4/

and is able to implement the Container for my Shiny Server application. However, I need one more thing extra, that is, to run my R scripts on a scheduled basis using Crontab.

An example of Crontab is seen here: https://medium.com/@ievstrygul/using-cron-inside-a-docker-container-to-execute-jar-3599b2a398cb

How can I combine both of them together? How would my Dockerfile be modified?
E.g my crontab is like this:

*/5 * * * * /usr/bin/Rscript /srv/shiny-server/AutoUpdated_RScripts/LoadWeatherData.R

Thank You.
