Where does docker save the containers

Hi,

are all the containers saved withing the App

This would mean installing new containers would make the app bigger. Is this true or are containers stored somewhere else.

If I want to delete docker later, will deleting it in the settings section also remove all the containers automatically or do I have to remove the containers before removing docker.

That’s a odd first question, but I only want to use docker a few times to try a zigbee stick. So afterwards I will probably don’t need it any more.

So when I delete docker on my mac will this also delete all the installed containers?

EDIT:

The deinstallation process told the right answer. So after installing it with the button in the docker, everything should be gone compeltely.
