Where to find list of opened support tickers?

I’ve recently opened a ticket on the website through the following link:

But I cannot find where I can track the status of the support ticket that I created! Is it somewhere on their website?

Please help me find it! =)

A support ticket is basically an email. I don’t know how it is organaized and managed by Docker Support members, but there is no public web interface where you can see your previously opened tickets.

If I remember correctly, you get an automatic email after creating the ticket. Then you need to wait until someone replies. There is a list of support levels on the website that shows how fast they are supposed to reply depending on your subscription. Without paid subscription, you can ask help from the community and report issues in public GitHub repositories.
