I got this error

docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?.

after upgrading to Docker Desktop 4.39.0
(Windows 10 Home)

Back to working condition after downgrade to 4.38.0.
