Access nas volume on mac os

Hello,
I’ve installed the latest docker desktop for mac and got immich running on it. I just need to know how to access my nas which the mac is already connected to. I’ve tried adding it under resources/file sharing. I see no errors, just that immich isn’t processing any photos so I’m thinking I haven’t connected the nas through docker correctly. When I added the path to under resources/file sharing I saw that “Volumes” was already there so I thought maybe it should be able to see my nas at volumes/nas/photo already so I added that added with no luck.

Have you checked what files can be seen from inside the container?

Yes, I figured out how to do this and the container could see the files. Turns out the immich software needed about 3 hrs before it showed any signs of life. There were no issues with access to the files.

Hey, I was wondering if you have any issues using Immich on docker on macOS. I’ve been getting a lot of errors from the external library scan related to file handles. I know there’s a known issue with the ulimit on macOS for files. I have bumped this number up on my system but I think I’m still having issues. I have external libraries that are matched to the NAS and I’m regularly getting Immich reporting lots of images in the trash folder as I believe access to the NASA is somehow compromised during the scan process? I’m wondering if it’s just my NAS going off-line momentarily?
